About Susan Thomas

Susan has lived in the Capital Region for many years and has over twenty years of experience in residential real estate sales and relocation services. Prior to her career in real estate, she held significant management positions in retail and hospitality at Park Hyatt Hotels, Nordstrom, and Neiman Marcus.

In 2002, Susan transitioned from the fast-paced world of retail management to become an independent destination services consultant. She focused on the relocation needs of families and individuals both domestically and internationally. She built strong relationships with clients, including ExxonMobil, the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and several federal agencies. In 2004, she utilized her entrepreneurial skills in residential real estate.

Susan has guided numerous families through the home buying and selling process. She consistently demonstrates professionalism and is passionate about fostering lasting client relationships.

When she’s not assisting her clients, Susan enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and playing golf and tennis. She also supports various community-focused nonprofit organizations.
